About Alpha Youth
Alpha Youth is designed for students who want real conversations about faith in a setting that feels safe, open, and respectful. Whether you’ve grown up around church, feel unsure about faith, or have never explored it before, Alpha is a place to start.
Across Saskatoon, Alpha Youth Series are hosted by trusted local churches that care deeply about young people. Each series runs for several weeks and reflects the community it’s part of; no two look exactly the same.
What they all share is a simple rhythm built around connection, thoughtful content, and honest conversation.
Everyone is welcome no matter your background, belief or church experience.

What Does an Alpha Youth Session Look Like?
Connection
Each session begins with time to hang out, often over snacks or a meal, giving students space to relax, build friendships, and feel at home.
Content
After connecting, everyone watches a short talk or video that tackles a big question of life and faith, designed to spark curiosity rather than give all the answers
Conversation
Students then break into the same small groups each week open for discussion. There’s no pressure to speak, but questions, doubts, and different viewpoints are always welcome.
