About the Role
Reporting to the National Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will work closely with our leadership team to deliver key initiatives that support church leaders across Canada. This is an exciting time at Alpha Canada as we craft and coordinate experiences that reflect our values of meaningful connection and extraordinary hospitality for our stakeholders and guests.
What We’re Looking For
We seek candidates who are passionate about evangelism and understand Alpha’s values and the Alpha course. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and an effective communicator who can manage deadlines and offer solutions when needed. You should be able to handle multiple projects and events simultaneously, with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. Anticipating needs and addressing potential changes before they arise is key to thriving in this role.
Experience in event coordination and executive assistance is an asset. We’re looking for someone who can optimize opportunities and flourish in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities (what you get to do):
- Use our project management software (Click-Up) to coordinate and drive the team projects and events
- Support the team in planning and coordinating Alpha canada events (eg. Conferences, webinars and stakeholder meetings both online and in-person).
- Develop and manage resources (Google drive documents, forms and emails) that can be utilized across the team
- Lead implementation of shared best practices and feedback for the team and churches through their course administrators
- Provide administrative support to the Strategic Partnerships Team and Church Engagement Director as required
- Work collaboratively across departments (Marketing and Communications, Church Engagement, Development, Finance) to ensure administrative needs are met.
- With IT support, assist in Salesforce (CRM) reporting and management
- Be highly relational and communicative with staff
Compensation
Salary and extended benefits are offered and competitive within the nonprofit sector of our size, position range $52k-65k annually, commensurate with experience and fit with the team.
