Regional Grow Alpha Accelerator – Rock Church Halifax

Our team would love to host you for the launch of the NEW Grow Alpha Accelerator. Grow Alpha is specifically designed for churches that have experience running Alpha as a course but desire to see it used as a tool for leader development and to help develop a culture of prayer, radical hospitality, and invitation within their context.
This Grow Alpha Training will cover:
Building a strong discipleship and leadership pipeline
Solving complex problems using build-measure-learn methodology and hypothesis testing
Developing or strengthening a culture of prayer, radical hospitality, and invitation
Actionable ways to enhance your Alpha experience, no matter the context
This 3-hour in-person event will include live training by Alpha Canada staff, collaborative learning through round table discussions and a church leader panel, time for prayer ministry and worship, Q&R with Alpha and church staff, and a personal Action Plan Workbook to implement key learnings and actionable steps with your team. A meal is being provided by our hosts.
