Whether you’re running Alpha for the first time or have been leading Alpha for years, returning to the Alpha Essentials is one of the best ways to build a healthy Alpha.

In this Zoom training, we’ll explore the heart behind each Alpha Practice—not just what we do, but why we do it. When we understand the principles behind Alpha, we’re better equipped to adapt to different contexts while staying true to the heart of Alpha.

We’ll also unpack seven common pitfalls we often see in Chinese Alpha teams. They’re common areas that can quietly limit an Alpha’s impact if left unnoticed. By recognizing them early, we can avoid unnecessary detours, strengthen our teams, and create more space for meaningful conversations about Jesus.

Our hope is that you’ll leave this training with greater clarity and confidence, better equipped to create space for people to explore faith and encounter Jesus through Alpha.
