Description:
We are seeking an Alpha Youth Project Manager who has a deep love for the whole church, its leaders, and a missionary heart to see youth in relationship with Jesus. This role will report to the National Director of Youth Alpha and provide leadership in managing all youth-focused initiatives and programs within our organization.

We are interested in a candidate who has proven experience in managing multiple projects and initiatives running concurrently with strong interpersonal skills to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in using project management tools like Click-Up and have a problem-solving mindset are keys to success in this role. Recent and personal Alpha and Youth Alpha experience will be helpful to your effectiveness. Some travel may be required such as attending conferences/events.
What you get to do:
- Provide project management and leadership for all youth initiatives.
- Serve as the primary coordinator for the Student Leadership Collective (SLC) during the program’s launch and early phases.
- Plan and coordinate youth-focused events and activities.
- Assist in the execution of youth initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Support the measurement of program outcomes and recommend adjustments based on findings to enhance impact.
Compensation:
Salary and extended benefits are offered and competitive within the nonprofit sector of our size, position range $50k-60k annually, commensurate with experience and fit with the team.
